Interest in character education has been increasing among educators across the country. The Collaboration for Ethical Education offers a research-based, integrative approach to guide character education programming at all ages that helps educators build ethical expertise through a community apprenticeship approach. Our model provides ways for teachers to improve achievement by improving climate and integrating ethical skill development into standards-driven instruction.
